I spent about 10 minutes with Tim this morning trying to figure out if I wanted a 5 or 6 when he gets some more in. The only thing that I took from that conversation, other than an order for a 5, was that he was eager and more than willing to help out a customer. Based upon that conversation and the extremely prompt response to a couple of emails, he is most certainly going to be go-to-guy for my ESEE needs.

I know this thread is a bit old, just wanted to update everyone on the outcome. Tim sent the locks right away (they actually arrived last Friday, this is just the first opportunity I've had to get on here), and he actually added a free AH-1 to the package! Stellar customer support and follow-through, I highly recommend Tactical Defender if you're looking for an online retailer. When everyone is selling for basically the same prices, it's the personal touches that really set someone apart.

I really like calling Tim and talking with him - I had a package inbound from him and was driving around the area looking for the UPS truck over my lunch break. We talked about all sorts of stuff and didn't try to get off the phone quick - he likes talking with his customers and making sure they are happy.....you can tell by talking with him.

His prices are great with free shipping over $150.......hard to beat from such a great guy. Give him a call sometime if you aren't quite sure what to order and he will be more than happy to give you some advice and won't BS you on anything.
