I'm about 5'10", 200#, and I can conceal a full sized .45 under a tshirt, so I'll probably get away with Hell Toad in a front pocket of some BDUs or Levis. If not, then I'll open carry. I've been wearing my Mule openly and nobody seems to care, so... :D

As far as the liver lobe, Daniel, you'll have to check for compatibility. I'm descended from pure Siberian Yeti stock, which may not be a match with your American Squatch genetics. Otherwise, it's yours! I've got a punch saw and some hose clamps, so say the word, and into the Igloo cooler on my back step it goes!
