Scruffy, I don't have a stake in any of this but just want to say I think you handled a crappy situation with grace - you admitted your mistake and attempted to make it right. Good on you.

I just don't understand this.
I AM Pay pal address verified- BUT .....I don't want the knife sent to me in NZ- ( my verified PayPal address ) because the knife was going to be a gift for a charity thread - so the knife will be sent from my friends house in the States when the knife is won.

I hope I'm not so self centred in saying that I have a good rep for buying.

Don't worry about it- I will buy a knife from someone who can see the big picture.
