9 Inch Carving Knife and Matching Fork

You saved me some money, pblaetz.

I studied metalsmithing and jewelry design in the 90's, went into the world and learned to cook. Kitchen knives are the end-all for me. Sure all that outdoors/survival stuff is cool and all, but give me a knife that will literally help feed me and mine and I'm a happy man.

Landy, if you have any other kitchen-friendly designs, I'd love to take a look.
