Most of us would like to own everything but if you were to pick four Bark Rivers to truly cover the size range from Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large, What would they be

While I was at the retail store that had all the Bark Rivers, I saw a somewhat recurve blade that had what looked like about a 6-8 inch blade. They didn't have the models marked on them and they were to busy to get much info. They didn't have a Bravo ll in stock yet. I have the Mini Canadian, thats about as small as I want to go, I have a Highland which fits the medium slot pretty well. I am looking at a Bravo one and maybe the Rogue or Bravo ll. What possibilities am I missing?

Check out the Hudson Bay Camp Knife

I have a Mini Canadian and a Northstar. I'm not much interested in really big knives these days, but their golok seems useful.

I'd vote for the golok. It's going to handle about all of your really large knife chores.

Hmmm....my four remaining Bark Rivers fit into those size ranges perfectly.

Golok, Rogue Bowie, Nebula, and Mikro Slither. I don't know what I would select if I was choosing over again, but those are the four I ended up with, and I like them all well enough.

Is this the Recurve you saw?

If so it is a Slither.

But there have been a handful if recurved Barkies through the years.

I've got a hidden tang Kephart, Sandstorm. Getting a Bravo-1 and a Fox River magnum in a trade. Looking at the Mountain Man, Kephart with full tang and Hudson Bay, "looking" the operative word. I would recommend taking a look at the mini Northstar and Woodland Special, two great models in the small range. I had a mikro Slither, great knife, but too small for my bear paws. I haven't had any big Barkies, but the Teddy has been recommended by several forum buddies.

Dang Mike, I forgot bout the Golok!

Also the Modified machete if that counts. That thing is WICKED!

As for the "medium," I like the Canadian Special and the new FT Kephart.
The CS is great. The FT Keppy - not really sure baout the guard yet.
The Mikro is an excellent blade, whic I originally bought as a curiosity but soon found that it was very capable and handy.

For me I think the Mikro Canadian, the Bravo-1, the Rogue and the Hudson Bay. Just because I want a Rogue for the heck of it and I already own an Aurora!

But I would be satisfied with owning the Aurora, the Mikro Canadian and the HB or the Rogues, I think.

Mikro Canadian, Mini Canadian,Fox River,Auroa for me, all Orange G10 just like I have ....mikro C coupled to the Fox river & Mini C coupled to the Auroa works great

For me so far
Small - Mikro Canadian, Black water boot knife.
Medium-North Star, Fox River, Bravo-1, Games keeper
Large - Bravo-2
XL-??

PS Bravo-1 is by far my favorite production knife so much so that I did a Doc-Canada and bought a second one:)just in case i run into two zombies at once
