No real issues there. 440C is an old favorite of mine. Its easy to sharpen to a very fine edge, and holds its edge long enough that I wont be able to tell the difference in use. The handle is what I really like. Quite comfy for such a large handle, and less danger of my hand sliding onto the blade. It happened with a Kershaw, so I tend to look for a little bit of a speed bump.
