Last week I sent in my Leatherman Juice S2 for a warranty issue. Several years ago while tightening a nut or bolt on my bike, the pliers slipped off and I scraped my knuckles. Not a huge deal really, but the jaws on the pliers no longer matched up. They still worked, but were tough to use for any kind of fine tasks which required a precise grip. I put off sending the juice off for a long time thinking that i would be without my tool for months. To my surprise, this was not the case.

I mailed the tool away on April the 28th and received a new Juice S2 today, May the 5th. Now I have a fully functioning Juice in what appears to be new condition. I did like all the scratches that had accumulated over the years of use, but I can't complain since I got a new tool for the just the cost of shipping.

So thank you Leatherman. I've been a fan of your products for years and will continue to recommend your tools to people looking for a good quality product and good customer service.
