Eric, thanks for the pics:thumbup:
Must have been a lot of fun:D

Wish I could join a show where Busse is attending, but who knows some day....Jerry any plans for European shows????

i would really love a knife with some solid brass handles...aluminum would be even better....with some hex-head fasteners...

How the heck do you think I feel looking at those blades and packing them up..........and they are gone......

I feel sad.......oh well we will make more for Blade:):)

i will drown my sorrows with another Coor's Light:thumbup:

Eric please tell me you got either one of these (or both), because I might be willing to trade the Quad grind. :D

That one with the brass bolster is crazy!

John,
I didn't get either of those, they are definitely fine knives though. I was sure tempted to get that FBM Bowie variant though, maybe I'll get it tomorrow ;)

:D:D

What was the asking price and was it still there?

John,

I have tried calling Garth on your behalf..but I am thinking that they are knee deep into beverage consumption:):):p but then again maybe Garth is not answering his phone cause HE KNOWS IT ME:p:p

Kisses to the family and ARE YOU AND THE FAM GONNA BE AT BLADE???

I think both of them were still there, but I'm sorry I'm not certain of the price on either. The bottom one is a Silent Knight Variant and the other SK variant there was approx $1450 but it didn't have the fancy handles so I'd guess this one is more.

The other has the price showing in one of my pics, but I can't tell the exact price, looks like $987 though. I remember that I couldn't afford either though ;)

Thanks Amy, he is probably blinded by tequila and not able to find his phone. :) The fam and I have plans to be in GA for Blade, we reserved out room several months ago, maybe I ought to call them to verify the reservation. :) We look forward to seeing everyone, well I know I do at least I suppose I can't speak for anyone else. :D

Those are currently out of my range as well, oh well. They both have that certain something I look for, but I will have to deny myself this time around. Perhaps they will go unclaimed and I can seek them out at another juncture or Amy can talk Jerry into lay away. :D

I see what jerry is saying about these knives based on your picture. they definitely look like more of a first attempt type design, when compared to the more finished and contoured selections present around them. If I bought one, I'd probably end up remaking a set of handle slabs that had a front talon hole style guard on them, becuase the curve thats there doesn't look like enough for me to feel safe using it. I'm very gun-shy with guardless knives having cut myself several times using them.

great pics :D

that sk variant looks like it would do quite well in machete work...

Hey, how come we didn't get any Combat Grade SFNOs or Silent Knight variants?????

awesome pics. Man, I am glad I did not go, I cannot afford the CC damage
