I recently bought a Lg. CRK Sebenza21, w/Diamond Plate 
(it's sooo nice)from Jim Marsh at Action Concepts. My item was mint as advertised. The shipping was fast item received 2 days after purchase! Great Communication: Overall A++, I would definitely buy from Jim again! Something that is pretty important to me regarding eBay feedback is when the Seller submits feedback when the item is paid for, it is not held hostage to make sure they get a positive score. Action Concepts submitted my feedback as soon as I paid for it!:thumbup:
I read a thread from July 2010 here on Bladeforums G, B & U which said DON'T BUY from Action Concepts in the title. However, almost all of the following posts by members defend Jim & Action Concepts, something I would have done too. Jim and I have emailed each other a few times with regards to the thread (which I do not believe he was aware of) and (besides the fact that my Sebbie came with-in 2 days, was mint, excellent communication, exceptionally priced {same as, or lower than any other store I saw} and etcetera ) asked me to post the following as a response to that thread (which is here): http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=754793&highlight=action+concepts:
Thanks. Here is the reason I have different prices on action-concepts.com vs. on eBay. To begin with, eBay does charge a lot of fees, so I do need a higher price on eBay.
However, here is the heart of the issue. I am not a web developer. I have to hire a web developer to go in and post stuff on my website. I have to get her to update inventory. This is slow, error-prone, and costly.
I do know how to work most everything on eBay, so my eBay inventory is almost 100% accurate (mistakes do happen). I am able to quickly get new product up in inventory on eBay. To get my web developer to add more inventories takes a little time.
Because Emerson production is sporadic, it is very difficult to keep the inventory correct at action-concepts.com. If all Emersons were always available, this would not be a problem. Of course, I could learn web development, and keep the inventory on action-concepts.com accurate, but I am just so busy packing orders, keeping books straight, etc. that I simply cannot do everything I want to. I run out of time in the day. I truly have to pick my battles to keep everything going.
There is no intent to bait-and-switch anyone, or screw anyone over by getting more money on eBay.
In closing, it is amazing that people will claim they were screwed if they choose to pay a price they perceive as high, yet will rarely feel guilt if they get the deal of the century.

In no way did I (or will I) receive a discount or what-have-you for this thread. I know eBay can be difficult sometimes when looking for a reputable dealer; Jim and Action Concepts are one! :thumbup:
