The fat nosed skinner is for a friend. All the others will be for sale when I make some sheaths. I tend to put that off as much as possible.

I will take more pictures when I get the sheaths done. I just got a new camera and wanted to try it out.

What are the dimensions on the 4th model down?
 
That is the small one of the group. The blade is 3 1/2" from tip to handle and 7 1/2" oal.


I also just realized that I ended my title in a preposition. My sister the english teacher would be appalled. It should say "A few on which I have been working"
 
Wow Matt, haven't seen your work before. Forgive my ignorance. :) Do you have a website as well as the listings you do here?
 
Mapper, I do not have a website yet. I have been "working" on one for about a year now. I do the knives part time, and havent gotten around to finishing the website. I will talk to my friend I have working on it this weekend.
 
Here are the dimensions on the skinner

The blade is 4" tip to handle and it is just a little over 8 1/2" overall. The steel is 1/4" thick 1095. It seemed a bit thick for a skinner, but that is what he wanted. It looks to me a little like the tip of a WSK. I kind of like it and will probably make one for myself for my next camping trip.
 
those are very nice designs. I think my favorite is the fourth one.. I feel the same about the sheaths.. its not very hard to do, but its not grinding steel either.

I forgot to answer the question about steel. The skinner is 1095, the one with the african blackwood handle is 1084 and the rest are 1080
