Damn, now that you have a knifemakers now you won't want to meet up and give me one in exchange for a review... They look really good, much nicer than what I am doing.
FYI
If you are interested in other woods Windsor Plywood has a bunch (osage, padauk, ebony, lacewood, bocote....) that you can see first hand and cut as much as you want. My wood collection is almost as big as my knife collection.

I will have to try Windsor. Have you ever been to WG Chanin hardwoods in the NW? He has no site sadly - its a huge warehouse full of hardwoods(stacks and stacks). He has boxes and boxes of cut scales also which you can dig through.
