I'd like to see a folder with Copper bolsters and Copper pins and liners.
Handle material I think would look sweet with the Copper? ... Cocobolo, Ebony, Smooth White Bone
Not sure which pattern I'd like to see this in except I think a single blade pattern might look best.
In fact, I'd be drooling for this in a 73 but would leave it up to GEC. They knock them out of the park better than I could.
If it has a shield ... maybe a Copper Northfield Cloud.
1095 patina along with Copper patina. Nice ... would be UN-X-LD

A nice pen knife like the 09 esquire.

What I would really like is for GEC to have a small line of standard patterns that they have a regular stock of. It's nice that Great Eastern keeps coming up with new patterns / variations. However that contributes to the constant short supply, getting on a list, or paying scalpers prices. A regular supply of standards would allow us guys without deep pockets to buy a new GEC now and then. I can't or won't pay the aftermarket prices for a GEC so if I am not lucky enough to get one from an honest distributor that has them in stock or a used one off the sale forum at a reasonable cost I do without. I like GEC and have and have had several but I can tell you the last 6 knives that I bought have been Boker's or older John Primble's. The style I like were available and at a very nice price.

The thread title indicates I should propose only ONE (A Folder), but I'm going to list TWO patterns I'd find desirable, in the hope that increases the chance of my seeing at least one of them.

1. A reprise of the Churchill, but with a spear main blade in place of the original clip. (An alternative that's almost the same suggestion: a reproduction of the Northwoods Presidential.)

2. A 3-blade canoe. My favorite blade combo would be spear main with sheep and spey secondaries, but I'd take spear main, straight-edge secondary, and "wild-card" third cutting blade (no combs, caplifters, etc.).

#81 Northfield Abilene Stockman, but swap the spey blade with a punch/awl and have all blades from AEB-L at around 62 RC. Would be great to have the same configuration offered with both yellow rose trim and hemlock green jigged bone with horsecut jigging, maybe purple giraffe bone too for good measure. And the most fantastical request of all: make enough of each option so that dealers can keep them in stock for at least a few weeks and give everyone a chance to buy one or two of each.

81 3 blade stockmans
66 3 blade stockmans
48 2 blade trappers
15 1 and 2 blade variations

And just go crazy with the handle options.
