I just got off the phone with Mary at the customer service department at A.G. Russell Knives. I've ordered from A.G. many times and have always been satisfied, so there was no need to call customer service. I called this time to get a delivery date on a package.
Anyway, I was very surprised to get a real, live person on the second ring. I'm so used to getting an automated service filled with numeric options, then a five-minute wait to be connected to somebody who has to transfer me to another department (not the case here). The customer service lady (Mary) was very helpful and gave me all of the information I needed, and was very polite about it the whole time.
Yet another reminder of why I continue to shop from A.G. :thumbup:
For those curious, I ordered an A.G. Russell Funny Folder in AUS-8 and my fifth A.G. Russell Featherlite in AUS-8 (but it will be my first one with the Kydex sheath). Look for those reviews soon.
