I just picked up a 6" shun kitchen knife that I love. The Damascus Vgmax steel. It's a joy to use.

Almost 11am here and I still haven't had breakfast. We only have turkey bacon in my house though

I've had it for about a month or two. I love it, except it's a bit small for my cheap a$$ hands. I should have bought it's bigger brother.
