One place you have got to check out (if you haven't already) is the Cosmosphere in Hutchinson. When you walk in there's an SR-71 pointing right at you. They've got V-1 and V-2 rockets, and a number of spacecraft, including Liberty Bell 7, Gemini X, and Apollo 13 (the real things).
