Yes I made that one. I've probably made around 50 or so pvc bows. They're seriously fun, make good gifts, and get surprisingly powerful. I've yet to make a wood bow. I'm surrounded by juniper and pines; not the optimal wood for bows.

I believe it started life as a 54in stave. I'm not sure what the total length is strung. To be perfectly honest, I don't know the draw weights at different lengths, just the 55lbs at 28in. It's easy enough for me to shoot all day without fatigue, so stacking is relatively moot.

Yah the PVC ones are pretty quick and easy to make, backyardbowyer is definitely a good place to start if you want to make one (or a bunch)
