This.

At your price range consider a BM Nakamura Shoki. This is the knife I frequently carry when going to the theater (suit and tie) with my wife.

Look at Viper Knives. The Keeper is a nice alternative to a Mcusta Tactility if you want something larger with natural scales, but they also have quite a few more traditional models that are quite classy.

What size knife?

Must it have a clip?

From Traditionals I'd recommend a Great Eastern Cutlery 25 single blade or a 33 or 68 pattern. These are smaller/compact knives. Stag, bone, woods, acrylics. Very nice looking and quality, wont freak people, elegant and good materials. Can be carried in suits or jackets no problem.

I really enjoy the CF Spyderco's.
I love the Titanium UKPK, Chaparral, Sage 2.
I really love the Spyderco Gayle Bradley Air though. It has to be one of my faves, light, outstanding materials, sharp as heck, and priced well.

So, is that the Navy k611? It looks nice. I was thinking about getting one. How is the blade centering? Any blade play?

You can still buy a Spyderco Kopa for under $200 with black pearl, turquoise, bone, and other materials on Ebay. However, don't look at a William Henry knife because you will pawn your wife to get one. They are absolutely beautiful and functional.

If you prefer one hand opening and clip, Fox knives has some nice wood-handled folders.

Personally I am quite happy with my Mcusta basic, Cocobolo handle.

I love my modern folders, but for dressing up you can't beat a beautiful jack knife.
Here you can see different sizes from less than 3" to Almost 4" closed

Besides, instead of the usual fear face you'll get interest from non knife people even some women have called them cute knives ;).

Call me a black sheep, but most slip joints have a sort of "old tymes" aesthetic that makes me feel positively ancient and out of style.

I wear a suit twice a week on average, and rotate the following folders:

(1) Spyderco Sage 1 (the carbon fiber, ultra discrete black wire pocket clip, and slim profile make this the best all-around gentleman's knife, imo);

(2) Benchmade 940 (a real classic; superb blade length and action);

(3) Spyderco Caly 3.5 (ZDP/Carbon fiber; incredibly classy appearance and very useful blade shape);

(4) Spyderco Gayle Bradley (a bit large for EDC in a suit but perfect for those occasions when a larger gent knife is needed).
