A giveaway - lets call it post #1000 coming up

Ill choose "Pay It Foreword" I like that one and hope you did regardless if it was your favorite or not

Congratulations stockman on your impending 1000th post. Thanks for compiling the list of stories, for your generous giveaway and for all of your very positive contributions. I recently won a knife so will not enter the contest. Best wishes.

I hope your favorite and mine are the same, if not I love Jacks stories/musins' just the same.

So it's win win no matter what, thanks for the contest.

The Boy scouts against the High School kids is my favorite. Thanks for the contest.

I've had a win recently so I'll stand aside. Great contest idea and thanks for some reading material I haven't seen before.

I also have a yellow peanut so I'm not going to enter. But I do want to say congratulations to Peter for his upcoming 1000th post. Also thanks to him for passing along a peanut and for posting a master list of jacknife's stories.

:thumbup:what he said:thumbup:

The Lost Stockman....what a great story! That is my pick.....thanks for the chance to win a classic knife!

and just so you know, i read EVERY STORY THERE today. what a great was to spend my day off from work adn school. relaxing to stories of a time i never knew but would have loved to have seen.

How can you have ONE favorite? I like 'em all, but the mild answear turneth... is a great one. I also liked, but couldn't find, the one about coming upon the scene of an old and long forgotten treachery and killin' when an old indian tracker finds the evidence. The Hermit ones are good too.... heck, they all are good.

I was going to pass but you mentioned if ya already have one pass it on to someone you care about. I figured I could do that, my 11 year old son could add it to his collection....

I'll have to go with the " Peanut car rescue "....
Congrats on your almost 1,000
