If you're going to be heavy on the saltwater, definitely go with the Spydie.
Or, as most have said - either the SRK or the Fallkniven S1.
I have both and have used both - both are great knives!
(One caveat - the SRK I have is the Carbon V model and not the current AUS-8 version.)
If you want a larger bladed knife, I would suggest the Gryphon M35.
Check it out at the CutleryShoppe. They have it at a great price and it's a tough knife with an excellent sheath! (The sheath pouch is big enough to hold a Leatherman tool.)
I have two - one for home and one in the vehicle.
