A little concerned with my order from knifezilla(pvk)

I am wondering if anyone knows a phone number for this crap of a company? I placed a order a few days ago, and by accident didn't notice i ordered 2 of a knife by accident and have emailed him numerous times to try and change the order and have gone un answered. I'm very tempted to put a stop payment/block on my credit card. Anyways can anyone vouch for this guy/shop is it a scam?

Why would one order from a site called "knifezilla"?

Seriously though, the site has been around a long time but I heard it's a one man operation and he's lazy or something.
 
PVK is not a scam. The owner Josh is frequently slow to respond to his customers. There should be a phone number on the PVK website and I would also send an email detailing your issue. I have always had good dealings with this company as have most of the people I've heard from. I am reasonably sure he will be able to help you sort this out. Let us know. And try to withhold judgment until you get a response. Calling someones business "crap" when the mistake was on your end is a little premature, I think. Just my $0.02. That said some have been less tolerant of Josh and his slow communications than others. -DT

Welcome to BFC. :thumbup: Let me reiterate, I would be very surprised if Josh did not make this right before long. He has a well deserved reputation as one who is slow to communicate. Leave him a voice message and send an email also. You could even try sending a fax. Since it sounds like it was your mistake I wouldn't be shocked if he hit you with a restocking fee or some shipping fee if your order has already been filled and shipped. After all, it wasn't his fault. :o My advice would be don't worry, be polite, and take responsibility for your error. He has always been very reasonable with me in my dealings. And a big chunk of my collection came from PVK. :) -DT
 
ok good too know, its not life or death by any means its only a extra 25$, was just curious as to the lack of response. Also I really liked the fact he will ship to canada, and the knifes i'm getting you can't get up here :D

I've made numerous orders from josh (pvk) and all have been just outstanding. He does take his time to answer emails, but he will in due time. I'm also in canada, and i've received every single order i placed with him. He's got my trust. This is just my experience, someone else's may be different though.
