Holy cow! Knife folk are the best. Thank you all!
Just got off the phome with the hospital(Hackensack). She is finally stable and in the ICU(believe it or not, she's been in the emergency room since 9pm last night waiting for a bed to open up in ICU).
I must have been really tired to post this in public this morning, but I'm glad I did.

Dave,

Third stage block usually means that your mother will need a pacemaker. SA node isn't conducting at all. Digoxin is a inotropic drug which slows the heartrate but strengthens the heartbeat quality. Since your mother's diastolic blood pressure was so low, her kidneys weren't perfusing adequately (little oxygenated blood getting to her kidneys). Sounds like your Mom has end-stage renal disease. My heart and my prayers go out to you for this is very serious.
