a little nip in the air

I had to try the boiling water experiment too. -32 with no wind and the boiling water from the microwave simply turns into a cloud with little snowflakes afterwards.

That's so cool. I had to try it. Could not get the same result at all. Just hit the ground and splashed all over the place. Uh... oh... it was 84 F. Maybe that is the problem...

Ya all are a bunch of winers it was -45 yesterday with the wind but who s counting today it hit 0 crazy ill bet its -40 in 3 to 5 days .kellyw

hey FOD, just tried it too, it is amazing. It is -25°C in Montreal right now. Even made a whoosing sound. My wife was in a semi comatose state on the couch and saw this cloud go by and enquired about it. When I told her I had just read about it on Bladeforums she mumbled something about "boys and their toys". At 50, I take this as a compliment.:)

Hellgap, you should try it too, conditions are perfect for you and it is probably the most exciting thing that will happen this year around there.:p:p:D

Stay warm.

Mike

It was an unseasonably chilly 60 degrees here today. Got down to around 40 last night. If I was heat treating, I might actually have to warm up my Parks #50..........scandalous!!!!!:D

V6 I am a bit more than an hour East of you and things were a bit slugish on my Blazer this morning when I went to work.

We have an engineer that works here and he is from Montana. He says that -19 in Iowa is much colder than -19 in Montana. It must be the humidity.

Just think 100 degree August is just around the corner :)

Brian
WHAT? You in Burlington, too? How the heck have I missed another maker here in Burlington all this time? Hey, gimmie a call, Brian. (319) 758-9593.
Dang right it's been cold! I have my heat going full blast in the shop out back.

And next time good ol' tall stretch Dave Larsen and I get together, we will sure have to include you, too.
