yeah. I'd love a little lower riding clip for my Native and Endura. But I prefer the look of the standard Spyderco clip (as opposed to the wire clip on the Native III and others).
That said, it would be hard to attach a fold over version of the standard clip, so a wire clip wouldn't be the end of the world.
My lust over a lower riding clip really isn't from any sheeple fear, I don't care who knows that I've got a knife on me. I carry and use responsibly so I don't care what they think. My reason for wanting a clip is more security in the pocket.
With a big knife like the Endura it's really not a big deal, but I think a smaller knife like the Native, Dragonfly or Caly Jr. would be well served by a clip that allowed it to ride lower in the pocket. With more of the knife in the pocket there's less chance for it to get caught on something and fall out.
But another thing to consider with lower riding clips is how easy or difficult it will be to get the knife out of the pocket. The reason I carry a one hand opener for utility is the ease of getting it out and open quickly so I can get on with my life. If it rides so low that it's hard to get out of the pocket, then the clip is kinda self-defeating. I think a clip that would allow the knife to ride maybe a quarter of an inch lower will be low enough to provide enough security, yet enough handle exposed to easily catch for deploying the knife.
