Will, you have a nice collection of nice, slant-bolstered knives, many from the U.S.A!! It takes dedication and extra shipping to do that I'm sure:cool::thumbsup:
As an aside, I, too have had trouble sharpening D-2 blades!
I found diamond hones worked better than most!!:rolleyes:

waynorth waynorth Thank you Charlie:) It has taken a while and shipping has been getting more problematic in the digital-age...P.O. closures and higher costs but you only live once ;) I have a 15 MIA that was rehandled, last heard of at Chicago airport 29th March....beginning to fear it will never make it, it needs smoke&prayers:D Not slant bolster though, but THERE'S AN IDEA for another variant :cool:

Some German gentleman I know ordered a knife from Britain and it was first sent to India. After two months he then finally got it. Hopefully it's some silly mistake like this in your case as well. I too have had my mail sent to Slovakia before. :eek:

The only slant-bolstered barlow I've ever seen is several posts back (#44) by David Misplaced Hillbilly Misplaced Hillbilly

:eek::poop::D

I've heard of stuff for Austria being sent to Australia....there's a detour;) Today I sent a packet to Britain and made the mistake of writing 'Great Britain' on the label instead of Iso Britannia or Stor Britannia...Girl asked me where is it??? Isn't GB still used on number plates on cars? Kind of reminds me of a Bevis & Butthed cartoon decades back " Hey Butthed, where is Britain?" "Er, er I dunno some sucky place in England I guess" :rolleyes:;)
