Hello all , I made this as a paring knife but the last one I sold the customer said he bought as a dual purpose . A paring gift for his wife and a B&T for him .
3/32 ATS-34 stainless steel , flat ground with a hand sanded finish . Heat treat to an Rc 61 .
The handle is Stabilized Birds Eye Redwood , 4 coats of CA. glue sealer , connected up with 303 SS Corby bolts and 2 ton epoxy .
O.A.L is 8-1/4 " , blade tip to handle is 3-3/4" , 5/8 wide edge to spine with a working edge of 3-1/2"
