A philosophical question

Snickersnee: For the most part, nicely said.

I will never even consider purchasing a knife from an irreputable dealer. If I buy a knife from a well established dealer, I will send my money first, and be assured that there are ways to reconsile the situation, if something should go wrong. Such as spouting about it here and not resting until I ruin his business

.

If a dealer would send me a product before I paid for it, I would probably pay him a few extra bucks for his trouble anyway.

I've bought a couple of knives from here and have a deal in progress to sell one. Basically, I trust people here, but I do try to be careful. For instance, i wouldn't sell anything to someone who insisted that I send him the knife first, i'm not that trusting. My plan for selling is to send the knife when i receive payment. So far, of the 4 knives i have bought on the forums, 2 sellers asked for payment then knife and 2 sent the knife before I got the MO out, so I go with whatever they want to do, i can understand a little guarding of thine backside, i have a tendency to do it myself. Basically, unless I smell something fishy, I trust the people on this forum to be honest, but not implicitly.

Just because I talk to myself doesn't mean I'm crazy. What's wrong with getting a second opinion?

Cougar, when your right, your right. When that situation occured, I had a reason why I didn't post anything. Now that I think back, I can't remember what the reason was. It must not have been a good one. My apologies to the others out there. I will post it over at Good, Bad and Ugly.
