Well, since this took the turn you drove it to, I have no idea how the original subject of you in camo, and a tongue in cheek comment about locking the borders even got to the post from a month ago or your expansion on another countys policies.

Ever watch cartoons man? Know of a character called Foghorn Leghorn? Every hear him say "It's a joke son, it's a joke, do ya get it?".

That is what it was. Nothing serious, nothing malicious, absolutely nothing to do with politics, other nations, wars, or anything other than you in camo, and a lighthearted comment about you coming into the states. That's it.

I really don't know if you are really this way, or if you are a troll is disguise.

Your comments too often take wild tangents, and some of them quite frankly have me worried.

I'm not sure where this is going to end up, because I just can't figure where you are coming from.

I applogise, this thread going off topic was my fault and I accept that. Please do not think I am upset, I just added my perspective. And yes, I am always serious. That is the way I am, that is the way I will die. I have never been one for joking around.

I applogise everyone. This thread going off topic is COMPLETELY my fault and I take the blame for this. I can't change the circumstances and I don't usually joke so all I can do is appologise.

No, that was an early Busse Jerry named the FOAB....in contrast to the MOAB. I think it has a 13" or 14" blade, and it's pre-INFI.

Peter, with this crowd if you can't joke you are in for a bumpy ride. This is like one big fraternity of folks just joking most of the time and throwing in some serious knife content here and there. Just remember that most of the thing said here are not to be taken literally, most of the time. If it looks like good natured joking, it most probably is.

I am realizing that. It is not that I don't want to change, it is just that this is the way I am, even though I am trying to change.
 
Look man, we at this forum pride ourselves in being one of the few places on the net where a new guy can ask questions and not get his butt flamed off by the establish members of the forum. That is one of the reasons I am here after being the new guy many years ago. I am just trying to say that these guys will bend over backwards as long as they don't feel like they are being played for fools. Just try and read the context of what goes down and I think you will be able to catch if something is a joke or serious.
