 :D :)

Absolutely incredible, Sher did a fantastic job with those! Now more than ever I can't wait to get home. Glad I ordered two, would have kicked myself if I hadn't, those are just plain beautiful! I can already picture them with Keith's "touches" applied, and it just about brings tears of joy to my eyes. What can I say but WOW.:D :D

They look chunky and short in the pic, but they're all between 14 and 14.5 inches. About an inch bigger than expected!

Not as heavy and massive as the AK Bowie, but more serious than the KK or JKM-1.

Thanks fer posting a pic, Ben. Feel free to poost the detail pix of the scabbard stuff.

It really looks like a job well done. I sort of feel out of the loop. I don't know why I didn't read the thread describing these blades or giving their history. Maybe I just don't remember...no, I think I would have remembered.

EDIT: NOW I REMEMBER! I can't believe I didn't order one! I need to get to the Rent-a-Clue store.

Ben

Those look great!

I also missed the boat on this batch. If there is going to be another run, I'll definatly pick one up!

Well, I'm on the 'very interested, but want to see one first' list. Now that I've seen one, I WANT IT. They look great.

Hmmm, they look good, I'm coming around to wanting one. I like that swell in the handle.

I like the scabbards , the way they hang horizontally. Didn't know they came that way. Now, I'm thinking. :)

my bandwidth is close to the limit otherwise I would post up all the rest...

Any idea why Uncle Bill was displeased with the scabbards? They look OK to me.

I have to admit, when you guys were talking about Seaxes, and pulling up pics of Seaxes, I wasnt into em. But there is something about these ones that just speak to me. If they had thick solid wood handles (not the chiruwa) perfect for carving, Id be all-over one. They are beautiful, out of all the newer projects, these ones speak to me the most. Cant wait to see if there ever is another run.:D

I thought they were making big x-acto knives. These look very nice. Might have to get one someday. :)

Guess I'm conceptually challenged -
cause I didn't see this knife in the drawings!:o

I see magic now.
Or is it (hear) those pesky HI "talking" blades!

Looks like Sher(only?) did the design proud.
How big is the handle?

Shirley

Mmmm...if there is another run, and I could get one in non-chiruwa form, Id love to make the handle like these. Especially since Ive figured out a bunch on how to improve the design since then.

How much are these things? I especially like the sideways scabbard, should be comfortable to carry and draw.
