Masters can reply to this too if they would like...

Hi fellas,
I am trying to put together a lecture on becoming and being a Journeyman smith. I am looking for any sage advice you have been given that has helped you along the way or any wisdom you have gained on your own. Tools and techniques, marketing, customer relations, promotion...do's and dont's...etc.
If you would like you can email me at macevitale@yahoo.com
I look foward to hearing from you.
Thanks
Mace

Hey this isn't high school, you can't beat up the other kids to make them do your homework buck-O!!!

what about me? i'm siding with nick on this one, not just because he's good looking either.

you're like the carrot top of bladesmithing

stop lurking on your thread to see who's looking and not sending your emails because they don't like you.

thread officially ruined

Maybe you should do a demo on how to avoid finishing jobs around the house, instead- you know, things that come naturally to you.

NOW it's officially ruined.

perfect timing on this thread, right now is about the time he's finished up dinner and headed in to the shop to start work for the day.

make your comments fast before he gets back

Did you ever get supplied air Mace? Ya know ya need air to effectively live thru becoming an Journeyman and Master smith.:p:rolleyes:

Man ya sure caught it in this thread! I'm teasing.:)

Nice....go out to the shop to WORK for a few hours on a sunday and come back to find this!

I like how Sam is starting to come out of his shell....;)

One of the things I was going to talk about is to NOT be afraid to ask for help/advice!

I have found that almost all ABS members....(with the exception of Nick Wheeler....who truly ruined this thread ;)) have been great in taking the time to answer questions and give advice.

I think I will have to add a section on how to deal with internet hecklers too!:D
Mace

My best piece of advice is that if you are actually diagnosed with ADD you should accept treatment so you don't start a thread on Bladeforums that you never finish....

:D

BTW Sam- You R right exSept thet I spell purdy guud!!! :p :D
