This is a very productive riffle, my son caught 14 fish in here five years ago, I got 5 this morning, guess that why we call him the Trout Slayer.

Thanks Dan, coming from you, that’s high praise my friend.
My grandfather introduced fly fishing to me when I was a kid, and it is a great way to experience nature. You should try it, you’d probably be writing books on it in no time!

Took a week RV trip through Oregon, Tahoe, Yosemite, and Trinity Lake...Lot of driving but worth every moment...

The RV:

Not humongous at maybe 12”, but I caught it on my second cast and enough for a couple of nice filets.

Looks like a great time too Tom! A 12” catfish is just about the best size for eating in my opinion.
