A wonderful pair!!!

.... No Ti handle with these.

...... I believe one will happen in ZDP though.

Oh, come on Thomas! You can't have ZDP w/o Ti. Nothing else goes w/ ZDP. So you gotta have Ti. At least as one option.

Just keep them frame locks.

You should try for a spades shape instead of clubs, go for a poker themed Shallot. ;)

throw up some spades on that!

SRH for life!

personally, I like the smooth line though if it followed the line of the blade at the back and swooped upward to the spine where the blade meets the handle, that would seal the deal for me. someone with photoshop skills who understands what I mean try to make this!

edit: if it swooped up it would look good if it dies out at the character line along the blade length, though in retrospect it sounds like that would be a really tricky build.

Riffraff: That one's not quite UGH, but I do like the simple elegance of this one much better.

Too funny Jonnymac!

My "Uuuuuuuggggghhhhhhhhh..." wasn't derogatory...more of a slack-jawed drool... ;)

The phrase, "I'll be in my bunk" was a reference to Firefly, where Mr. Jayne Cobb utters that after watching two...friendly...women. So you pretty much nailed it, Johnnymac!

I really like the last two, the middle one being my favorite but the last one just looks cool like chainsaw teeth...

Gotcha. Won't make that mistake again.

Strength tests will be under way for these CB blades with more of a smooth transition. They really flow nice with the lines of the knife though. No Ti handle with these.

These are just boutique run concepts at this point. I believe one will happen in ZDP though.

Here is one more

Just to beat someone to the punch, no, I don't have delivery dates today.:p

I like this one. I've been wanting a shallot but I think I will hold out for one of these composite versions.

Just how would two knives complement each other?

"Hey, nice scales..."

"Does this blade make me look too big?"

"Yeah, no lock... you're cool!"

"Nice Damascus."

Just wondering out loud...

Could be a long wait A17, as these are not on the production schedule as of today. Probably looking at a 4th quarter project.

I like the more curved composite. The other is intricate, but 'busy'.

When I found these threads a few days ago, I noticed this as well.

The Base Shallot Styles on the website has no data.

In time for Thaksgiving or Christmas? Or do you mean that the project will start around then?
