Their facebook group includes updates from Kunwu management often and includes quite a bit of heat treat info. I think its a bit unfair to bash them without having tried one yourself.

It is said that Vannax is rather difficult to heat treat because of its high nitrogen content.So I was wondering if there's an electron microscope or a spectrum or something like that ，，，，，I know this may be too harsh, but only these instruments can make a definitive conclusion。

That may be true, but I don't have that data. I'm just passing along second hand information that I thought may be helpful to the group.

Love my 2 Kunwu knives.
The Vanax on the S-Tao is a real performer but the PM60 on the Chad is a beast. Very happy Kunwu does a great job on their grinds and are super thin BTE because the PM60 was pretty resistant to sharpening, had to break out the 140 grit Atoma for that one.
I'm confident their protocols are in line.

I know this is an older post but yes it is Vanax. I’ve seen recent test July 2024 that show the HRC at just over 60.
