Have specifically NOT posted anything as Adam let me know about this yesterday and we have not talked yet.

We WILL be doing an auction for help to the DesRosiers, but I would not presume to take any action until speaking with Adam first and seeing what the needs will be.

Would ask that rather than random acts, however charitable they may be, hold off until coordination and implementation can be carried out.

Have asked fellow Forumites Joe Paranee and Gus Kalanzis for help, and will be asking others as it comes to fruition.

This is going to be a very big project, so let's all work together, mmmkay?

Have spoken with Ben Tendick, he will act as point of contact with Adam and Haley as far as communication and organization from this end goes.

Burt Foster has sent out his monthly letter and is donating all profits from the sales of his t-shirts to the DesRosiers's . http://burtfoster.com/collections/available/products/shirt-test-1

There will be a GoFundMe page created by Haley's sister, as soon as it is up, will share that information.

We can do auctions or buy it now. I'll be posting some of my own knives for sale, quite shortly, and Joe Paranee will be posting as well.

I may have jumped the gun in donating without contacting Adam & Haley but I felt that they had enough on their minds at the time without interference from me. Anyway this knife is part of the benefit fund and I'm taking bids on it. I will ask the high bidder to make payment directly to their PayPal account and not to me. The current high bid on FaceBook is $600.

Haley also made the fitted horizontal carry leather sheath. This piece was depicted in Blade Magazine article "Forged Fairy Tale Comes True" April 2012 (pg.84).
