Ordered 20' of 5160 from Admiral (my first order with them). I paid with PayPal when I placed my order. I got an invoice in the mail a week later. After 2 weeks I emailed for status of my shipment. Turns out they shipped to the wrong address. They offered no assistance, never apologized, all they said was "check with UPS". I had to track down my order (took 3 days of hunting to find it) and fix their mistake. I'm disappointed with their customer service, and I do not recommend dealing with them - I won't make that mistake again.
I almost bought from Kelly Cupples (octihunter@charter.net) I've heard only great things about him. I emailed him and he sent a very quick and friendly reply - even offering to immediately send the steel before I paid him. But he was slightly more expensive and didn't accept PayPay (my preferred payment method). Next time I'm writing a check to Kelly.
