Advice for mid size folder - heavy duty use

Thanks guys,

I have been offline for a few days. My grandma, whom I was very close to, had been ill, and suddenly in the last 2 days, she slipped away. She died yestereay at 15:50. I got the call at 16:15. It has been a rough nite.

I appreciate all of the recommendations. I will look onlin at them all.

Thanks so much,

Ciao,

Guys,

I am back in search of the "almost perfect" mid size heavy duty folder, MA, not auto. Again, the "necessary" features are the same, and I would love to stay under $100.00 if possible.

Can you keep advising...

Ciao for now...

The Benchmade mini griptilian is what I concluded upon when I undertook a similar quest. Other than a small sebenza, theres nothing I would rather carry, its almost perfect.

First things first, I'm sorry to hear of your loss. Grandmothers are special, I know that you'll miss her. As far as the more mundane stuff, since the subject of a Sebbie has been brought up I would second the idea. I know that you would not regret buying one if you can save your money for a while or trade some others for it like I did mine. Once you go Sebbie you won't turn back.

what about the Microtech Amphibian? its quite a tough folder.

and falls within your price range.

Or an emerson mini-commander..

both have thick blades and great lockup.
