Hello, I have a chef's knife to post here

Overall Length: 13"
Blade Length: 8 1/2"
Handle Length (measured from top/spine of handle): 4 3/4"
Blade Height: 2 3/4" from heel to spine at it's highest point
Thickness: 1/8" with a distal taper
Steel: AEB-L
Grind: Flat with a distal taper
HRC: 61 (heat treated by Peters Heat Treat)
Handle: Cocobolo
Pins: Brass
Blade finish: Belt/machine finish
Edge thickness: between .01-.015 before polish grind/sharpening

Almost 3“ heel, that's a beast for sure. Distal taper and grind look to be on point as well, very nice knife at a good price point!
 
Another nice one that has a great price point, well ground, nice handle but is not moving on to its new home, why?

this is a steal, I have a Zwilling Bob Kramer Euroline similar shape, is a mass produced production for over $350. Buy this now!
