I went and bought my first Strider folder. Wow, what a knife, built like a tank, sharp as a scalpel and able to do whatever I need a folder to do.

On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the highest my strider folder gets a 9!!!!

Nice job once again Strider guys!!!!!:D

I don't of anyone knocking the quality of their knives in that morrasse, but at least you have a new knife. Which folder did you get?

They make a fine folder. Hell-for-stout, and built to last! Enjoy!

Congrats, Ira, I've owned a few and I may need a new Strider fix pretty soon. They do build a heck of a knife!

Yeah, I'm wanting another AR myself! I just traded off an SMF. After having several sng's and ar's and Gb's, I have come to the conclusion that the AR is My favorite Strider! I want the contoured handle in Ranger green this time. Digi camo would be cool too! Way to go Ira!

I recently picked up one of the earlier ARs, with the Bos heat treated BG42 blade. This knife is, indeed, a friggin tank! Rock solid lockup, perfectly centered blade, sharp as all get out. Now, if I can only figure out a discreet manner in which to carry this beast, I'll be fine. ;) :)

Just have a midget follow you around, carrying it on a silk pillow. Classy

No digi camo but this one is mine...

JTW,Jr.: THAT is such a sweeet knife!!!!

I have also had a few Striders; and AR's/GB's ARE folding prybars!! They are indeed tanks!

This is making MISS my Strider/TAD Gear, with the tritium thumb studs!!! And the Lifter's leather sheath that I had to go with it.

I carry mine in a leather cellphone case clipped to my belt.

I just got a RCC tanto with gunner grips from TNK and I can't find anything wrong with it. It has the most stout tip of any knife I've ever handled. Very, very nice.

That whole affair was unfortunate on many levels but enlightening on others. I like the knives though and particularly the folders. The Strider guys do know how to make a blade.

That one with the Ferrrk spacer is a wonderful piece.
I don't think I know anyone that wouldn't be proud to own that one.

JTW, Jr.,

That's a sweet looking pocketknife you've got there. Have you talked to Allen since the last time we chatted online? Does his daughter need a new knife for her first birthday? I'm sure she'd love Uncle John's knife.

Nice snag Ira- you'll be happy w/ the knife- It's a beast. You can't hurt it- It always calls for more work & it's a real pleaser.

The general concensus is that Strider Knives are well-designed, well-made, tough-as-nails, and entirely combat-worthy.

Ok, I gotta ask; how thick are those liners?

Knives look like they are built like a brick you know what. ;)
