Theoretically, it shouldn't take long to arrive WA. . . .from OK. Hopefully, the schmud shipped the parcel USPS Priority.

I would give it until Friday, at the latest (being very liberal. . . .in a non-political sorta way). :D Come COB Friday and it hasn't arrived. . . .The Gigster would be one pissed off mofo !

"Being burned" is relative. No matter if someone is up or down on their luck or the transaction "could have been worse". . . .what you've described isn't the way to conduct a knife transaction.

In my book, dude would have had his little square check marked as being a douche. That's me though.

My recommendation for those who may have thoughts of a deal with Walpur6isknight is ...NOT to enter into any trade or have any dealings with him.

He did send back my items so their will be no charges filed with the postal inspectors but he DID NOT do as he said and all he did was tie up my goods for a space of time.

On the other hand he did say he had bad luck in :( life..I will not disclose the nature of this but until he is stable I advise NO DEALS !
 
The 3rd member who had problems with him still has NOT had his items returned or any contact...I may still have to send off some info to the inspector to help out a Bro.

Like for example the REAL HOME address of Walpur6isknight...come on dude.:jerkit:
 
Walpur6isknight never made good on the trade that he set up with me.

He offered a BM Griptilian for a NIB CRKT KISS and a Gerber Gator. I sent him the agreed items, and he finally sent me a ..... well-used Leatherman Kick. I contacted him via a strongly-worded e-mail and simply asked for my knives back. He has failed to respond in any way.

He has shown that he is irresponsible and dishonest, at best, and, more likely, criminal in his intentions on this forum.

I do not currently have time to deal with the mail fraud issues involved. I respectfully request that he be banned from this forum.

walpur6isknight hasn't logged into his Bladeforums account for over a month and a half. He has done what he set out to do and it is unlikely that he will be seen again. He may however return under another user name, so his real name and address should be posted so that honest folks can aviod him.
 
If you have his name and address you should be able to find his telephone number with a search engin or find the white pages on line for his area.
 
i was offered the same griptillian for a krill light and cigars, but he dropped off of the face of the earth right before exchanging shipping info. after reading this thread, looks like I was fortunate.
