I just ordered a sheath from AG Russell and it said the price includes shipping but the total still came up with the shipping cost. Will they not charge my card the shipping?

Why not ask them directly? Their contact page has quite a list of options to choose from. My guess is that they will charge the amount you saw at checkout, but only they can say for sure.

I don't purchase from AG Russell, but I'm sure if you call they will take care of you.
I would call the above number first thing in the morning before they ship.
