I completely agree with you on that!


But for now, my SHBA wins that honor, at least until my SWATmandu arrives and I can see for myself ;)

Well, the ratmandu is a massive favorite of mine (and most people) with those comfortable handles, good thickness, and great blade shape.

Then you make it out of INFI and you get the INFIdu which is cool but it's satin finished and I just hate beating up satin finished knives, plus the manual labor into satin finish makes em so much more expensive.


So they add a fuller to probably *very* marginally reduce the weight but more importantly they leave it a finish I won't feel bad about beating up and the price comes down, well....oof. Really hard to beat that. Especially at the price point.
 
OK so I jumped the gun a bit..... Time to eat!

Only REAL men eat off of Hercules plates. It has Pegasus on it... But...whatever! :D. Eat Up!
