I have had a real bad experience with www.aikiwood.com or shop.aikiwood.com and the following is being posted in the hope that others don't fall for the same.
At the beginning of the current year I decided to purchase a suburito from this store, it turned to be a very big mistake. Upon placing my order I was faced with an ETA for delivery bigger than what was stated on the site, I went ahead anyway and placed it and patiently waited for the 3 months they gave me, at the end of the aforementioned time, I inquired for my order and received the notice that they were behind schedule, citing all sorts of problems, from being swamped with orders to weather problems.
To round a long story short, they went on and on and on, unfortunately for me, I realized what was going on when it was too late, I lost a dispute with my card company and lost the money.
What I want to call your attention is to this, if this happens to you don't wait for canceling the order, asking for a refund and filling a dispute with your CC company. If you pay careful attention, there is no address or phone number displayed on those sites, there is no other way to contact them other than through email, you won't be able to fill a report with the BBB either.
