Id just give it to ya:p

Hey KH, the 6th blade from the left in the bottom picture... does that AK have more curve to the blade than the rest? I can't tell if it's just at a little different angle, or if the curve is stronger.

You talking bout the black one next to the rams horn? I think it was just cockeyed. It was drawn to its neighbor;)

yep, that's the one i was talking about. The handle looks parallel to the one next to it, but the blade seems a bit more curvy. Like you said, it's probably just a bit slanted :P

You may be right though  Holding an index card to the screen for a straight line makes me think it's slightly curved. That or I need to take up drinking lol

That ain't right. You better send me an AK or Ruck before you do it again :D Besides, I'm blaming BePrepared for starting this thread and for pointing it out first. :p

I say go for it free hand with the WorkSharp. Just stay away from the tip and blend it in last.
If you don't have the 1800 grit belts I would recommend getting a few. They are great for touch ups
and final stages of convexing.

I have several of the 1800s. They're awesome. They make it possible to get a really GLOWING polish on the edge with the 3000 grit

Knife Hunter, out of curiosity, do you ever get odd looks from the neighbors whilst doing your gardening with a sword?

Looking at all these pictures of AKs and Rucks has me wondering if anyone at Busse ever considered making a traditionally ground katana type blade. Something with a bit more of a slicing profile...

Was thinking about you today. Trying to decide just how much I hate you right now haha. Reason being is that you popped in my mind as I was using my NMFSH to chop down 1"-4" pine trees and remember you talking about <insert sarcastic voice> How great your rucks and AK's where at chopping and that you are soooooooo happy <end sarcasm> Hahaha :D :p The FSH did alright though I have a couple blisters that relieved themselves on their own
