Because of my move, this was one of the few years in a couple decades that I have not gone to AK or the Yukon.

Thanks for reminding me why I absolutely must return next year!

Did I mention that I catch and eat lots of salmon?:D

Looks like a perfect trip! Love the shots and the juxtaposition between snow and lush greens from shot to shot.

Awesome, amazing, wow, fantastic, have all been taken, so I'll just reiterate what everyone else said!!!!

I love eagles, so it goes without saying, those are some fantastic pictures. But, I don't think you posted enough of your guide...

Alaska is one of my dream trips. One of the things I want to do before I die, is to take my Dad to Alaska and do some fishing!

Always eating. You should see my plate of food it would make most people want to punch me. Chicken and rice and some days, fish and rice.

Brave girl, not too many people have the guts to face a camera and let someone take pictures of them inches away from their face. Not many people you can do this with using a 50mm F2.8 lens and not have to do a whole touch up session.

Stellar photos as always Reuben! I always look forward to your posts as they are always like mental vacations while sitting here at my desk. All really nice shots but I think that Salmon shot (the ones moving :) ) was my favorite.
