Last week, I finished the Georgia section of the Appalachian Trail (taking my sweet time over two fall seasons of day hikes). My Albers Cocobolo Clip was with me the whole way. It makes such a great light and sturdy carry. Here are a few requisite shots. A couple of these were posted previously on the 'A Walk In Nature' thread.

At about 5 miles, the trail passes within sight of Camp Merrill (circled), the camp for the Army Rangers' mountaineering training.

This is the overlook at Hogpen Gap, about halfway up the Georgia section.

And here is the sign at the North Carolina border, at about mile 78.

ea42 ea42 Eric, just so you know, I'm accepting sponsorship applications for the North Carolina section. 🤣 Also, this Cocobolo Clip is about worn out. Hint, hint. 🥺

DKIN that trail has always been a dream of mine, hopefully some day soon I'll make the trip. It's so awesome to see the knife on the trail!! Working on some new lambs now, should be back on the jacks this Spring.
