You got it right, no particular reason other than I thought it would really pop against that blue. Plus the rope jigged bone really needs to be a deluxe edition.
Also I get the added bonus of having less grooves to clean buffing compound out of.

Rishma the plan is to do the first hundred with pen blades, then back to single blades. Down the road I plan on doing a caplifter secondary.

Oh wow! I really like secondary pens but a caplifter secondary with a clip on that size knife is a dream for me.

DKIN that trail has always been a dream of mine, hopefully some day soon I'll make the trip. It's so awesome to see the knife on the trail!! Working on some new lambs now, should be back on the jacks this Spring.

Didn’t even think of how annoying it must be to get all the nooks & crannies cleaned out of that rope jigging

It really is. It can look like a totally different knife in the sunlight

I can't recommend them enough, both the knife and the trail.
Most of my trail gear is plastic, so sitting down for a break and popping out the Cocobolo clip feels positively luxurious in comparison. Good stuff!
