Albers Cutlery Company

I love those kinds of multi-level-colored materials. I wonder if someone will make Tiger's Eye scales someday? That would look really cool.

So... Eric, can I reserve one of those masterpieces-to-be for when it is ready? Special favor for a fellow Eric/k? :)

Which one is the Hawaiian Mango wood, the light colored wood? What's that black and brown wood under the lead wood? I really have no idea when it comes to these exotic (to me) handles.
In the first picture . . .

on the left is reddish G10 on top and Wildebeast below.

on the right, top to bottom, is mango, lead wood and jigged bone.

Second picture, top to bottom are jigged bone, mango, lead wood, reddish G10 and wildebeast.

That jigged bone is awesome. Begging the Internet Gods to please let me can snag one of those.

Aloha! Great pics everyone!!

Got a few progress pics here. The first one was from early last week as I'd just finished up the hammering and the next two are from yesterday post-shaping, grinding and hafting. All that's left is buffing, washing, and edging. Should have them up on the site by the beginning of next week if all goes well. I'm doing a little juggling with family get togethers and a flood in my folks' basement this week so things are a little out of sorts.

Those are looking real nice Eric. I gotta get my hands on one of those jigged bones 🙏

The WIP looks fantastic Eric.
This one took a few weeks to get over the pond but I've been extremely happy with it. I've also started experimenting taking knife 'photos' using a scanner, inspired by waynorth waynorth

Great scan, Charlie!!👍 Nice tribute to a great knife!!
I love the detail and exact proportions that a scan can give you!! Unfortunately mine has bit the dust, but after 22-23 years, it owes me nothing!!

They all look fantastic so far. Any chance we can see a wildebeest example? Will the wildebeest have shields?
