Just a note for everybody's information: email is just text; it takes up practically no space on your hard drive. If you never delete an email again and get a hundred emails a day, it'll take thousands of years to fill up your hard drive ... and by that time you'll have gotten a bigger one. If you don't want to keep it in your inbox move it to a folder you can name "old email" instead of moving it to the trash folder.
I create a folder for every transaction I have going. Like "BM705" or "Spydie-Native" that I keep around until everyone is satisfied. Then, I wait about a month before deleting it.
