This is why I will keep a two week turn around time on average. He admits in the video he cannot give updates every few weeks to customers and admits that it is not a big deal WRONG! Making a product for individual customers is alot harder than just mass producing a product that is ordered and payed for. But that is how it starts. It is a hole that seems too easy to dig. Dont forget your roots I guess. It also helps that I have a sweet wife that is very well organized and helps out. This way I can work both my jobs. Keep my customers happy and my boss.
I do not have a single dollar for something that I am not working on or have material ordered for the following week. It does not matter if it is a guy in Europe , Canada, California or the LEO next door. I only have 3 jobs that I am working on that I have not even gotten a down payment for. But trust goes a long way IMO.
Granted bad things can happen. Work can fall behind a little bit. But I will never forget to contact my customer frequently. Its not easy. ( My high blood pressure would tell you that.) But it has to be done.
I wish him the best and he does great work. But that is where it ends.

Seems like a common trend for pimpers to bite off more than they can chew... And then just ignore their customers...
