All about Bucklites and Selector's & 110's & 112's LTs and Slims ...

Since special boxes were made for the 422 RR there must have been a large qty. made. You got any idea how many were produced?

86 was the only year they were produced?

I wonder if it was a nationwide distiribution or more regional?

Yak, i'm still waiting to hear from you... lastvw@yahoo.com ... Thanks

Anyone else have any more different Bucklites they can post here... Thanks ...:thumbup::thumbup:

Been looking for Bucklites to replace the ones that were stolen. Here's what I have so far...

444, 442 with one armed bandit, 442, and 446 Goliath (I have two of these).

Two 422s. Top one is from 1991, bottom one is from 1974-1980. Top one is second generation (425M steel?)...

JNie, nice bucklites and great pictures... There are always Bucklites on the bay for sale... Some go for way to much I think...
I got some of mine off there at a fair price... $15 - $25 NIB... Now lately they been going for way more... I get out bid on them all time... The way I look at it, there will always be more on there to buy...They made years of them... It has to be something I really need for my collection, for me to chase it anymore... It seem that more guys want them now... I still need about 15 of them for my Collection, maybe more... Every time I say that, a new one shows up I don't have... The only thing I don't like about Bucklites, is you can't put Custom handles on them... What you see is what you get... I been collecting them over 3 year now... I been really trying to get them all for about 2 years... I got my first one (422OD) about 25 years ago and it's still my favorite Buck knife... ITE ...

I get having to chase a certain variation :-)
It really irks me that mine were stolen (I had about 14 taken, still have five or six) but the one that really was important was the 422 with the 3rd BN, 75th Ranger RGT. Uncle Sam supplied them as graduation presents, and you only got one upon graduating.

That sucks about your 422 and your other knives... Keep looking on the bay, maybe one will show up like yours... :)

Bucklite, 0424ORS-B, orange.

You can only get these by calling Buck on the phone. It is a difficult item to lay your hands on so here is proof that they exist and that they can be had.

Now I have 5 NIB 0424ORS-Bs and two blems. I carry the blems and collect the NIBs. This is a perfect pocket knife for my daily needs.

$23 each from Buck. The trick to buying these is to not take "no" for an answer from our friends on the phone. This item, for some reason, is harder than a black walnut to open in their system.

Perhaps it will be put on the Web Specials page and become easier to obtain.

Nice pics Oregon and good info for all who likes Bucklites...

Keep the pics coming of your Bucklites... And any new or old info about Bucklites would be great...

Thanks... ITE
