Today I finally got around to pick up a Bucklite to use at work. I got a large black Bucklite Max 468. It's an impressive knife for the price and being made in USA. You can't beat Buck:thumbup:

Link to early failure: http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b188/oregun/Bucklite426X1990partserrated029.jpg This was the first photograph. To my surprise the camera focused on the bamboo way above the mirror's surface. So I enlisted my lovely assistant (wife) to quickly pull a sheet of paper, that momentarily covered the target's focal plane, so I could focus on the target, not the sky above reflecting in the mirror, and get a good shot.

Oregon, photography of the serrated edge on the mirror is pretty neat....
Look back 1 page at the serrated 426 I posted. Mine is a 1988 and yours is a 1990.
The serrations are cut completely different.

Thank you for the kind words.

Your serrated 426 is beautiful. The flea markets in your area are different than the ones here. You find a vintage Buck with box and I discover, well, actual fleas... :)

Had the camera focused on the knife it would'a been pretty cool, like hanging in the air.
